Studio Notes

Studio Notes are occasional emails from my studio — notes about process, materials, and the slow unfolding of new work.

They’re written in between making:
while paper or canvas is readied,
while light shifts,
while a line is followed rather than planned.

Recent notes have shared thoughts about:

– paper in morning light
– the beginning of a new body of work

The notes are not announcements or promotions.They’re small pauses — a way of sharing where the work is going, before it arrives.
